Blackhead home remedy. .. question?

i've heard about the egg white thing and it says ';beat egg white';

till its thick or what is the texture supposed to be.

and what else are you supposed to add to it?

or can you use it just like that?

thanx =]Blackhead home remedy. .. question?
Nose-Strip Method

Wet your nose with a clean face cloth and then dry your hands.

Open the packet that the nose strip is in, and rip the little tabs for a better fit on your nose.

Put the sticky side on your nose, wet it again and wait for around 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, the nose strip should be as hard as papier mache. Remove it.

Removing Tool Method

Fill a wide bowl with hot (but not boiling) water.

Rest your head over the water, so that your face can take advantage of the steam.

Empty the bowl and clean the blackhead removing tool with soap and water. Proceed to use the removing tool, carefully following the instructions.

Facial Scrub Method

Wash your face and rinse with water. Do not bother to dry it.

Take a quarter-sized amount of facial scrub and lather through clean hands.

Massage your face with the scrub to exfoliate the skin.

Rinse and wash face again if necessary.

Steaming Method

You may be familiar with this method of treating colds. However, it is also highly effective in treating blackheads.

Boil up a pot of water; adding lemon is an option.

Throwing a towel over your head so it covers the pot, keeping the steam within, lean over the pot and breathe deeply.

Do this for five minutes, until your face is quite wet from steam and also perspiration. This opens your pores.

At this point, you may choose to run a cotton make up pad over affected areas to dislodge blackheads.

Continuing on, add some cooler water to the pot so that the water remains quite hot, but not boiling, so that you may apply it to affected areas. Do so with a wet cotton pad, wringing it out, and pressing blackhead areas with the pad. Ensure the pad remains hot. Also, be careful not to burn yourself!

Cleanse after the use of this method.

Waxing At Salon

This is a little unheard of but it is a myth that black hair will grow where you wax.

Just have the beautician wax nose and other places with blackheads. Most beauticians have done this before.

Things You'll Need

Nose-Strips, try Biore.

Soap

Facial Scrub, try Clean %26amp; Clear, Skin iD by Neutrogena or Biore Warming Anti-blackhead Cream Cleanser

Blackhead Removing Tool, available at Sephora and The Body Shop.

A good oil-free moisturizer, or Enzymion (from Lush). This is fast-acting and the fruit enzymes in it break down oil on the skin's surface- no more shiny noses!

Only use the strips once a week.

Keep the strip on until it is dry.

Try not to touch your face. It's a hard habit to break, but dirt, oil, and germs will get into your face and block your pores.

Be careful when removing nose strips; they can create spider veins around the nose, if pulled too hard.

Do not use a facial scrub if you have other bad acne -- it could spread the acne and make it worse.

If you have sensitive skin, the strips may cause irritation and redness for up to 24 hours.Blackhead home remedy. .. question?
just beat it til its beaten! just so its all together

u can add lemon juice as this helps minimize pores, deep cleanse and cut down oily skin (dont if u have dry skin though)

Best zit/pimple/blackhead remedy for a complexion like this!!?

http://www.millaj.com/pics/elle05022a.jp鈥?/a>

I really want a Smooth Complexion!Best zit/pimple/blackhead remedy for a complexion like this!!?
I just woke up this morning with a huge zit on my forehead and this is what I did:

I washed my face like usual and then I took some lemon juice (just a little, like 1 teaspoon) then mixed it with 2 TABLEspoons of water. Took a cotton ball and soaked some of the mixture up and put it on my zit. I did that once and waited until the afternoon (3 o'clock) and did it again. Right now its 7pm and my zit has gone down ALOTTT! I was surprised!

For black heads: turn on the sink REALLY hot .. to make it steam up. Stick your head in the sink (dont touch the water!) and put a towel over your head. Stand there and let your face steam for about 20 minutes. Then wash your face with a black head control cleanser (or any cleanser really) .. or just exfoliate.

If nothing helps, I suggest going to a dermatologist. I went and he prescribed me Retin-A-Micro. No more zits! :]

Proactiv is crap and didnt work for me .. Acne Free did though for awhile.

Hope that helps!Best zit/pimple/blackhead remedy for a complexion like this!!?
Google for ';Aspirin Mask';

Great stuff
make shure u use cleanser... neutrogena is good.. it doesnt cost alot yet it gives a good cleansing effect. you could also try garnier. you could also try an exfoliating facial scrub. then finish off with a mask.
To be honest that is called ';airbrushing';. Models generally have nice skin however they use professional makeup artists as well as lighting and airbrushing techniques to make their skin look unnaturally flawless. If you are acne prone I recommend using Proactive skincare treatment. If not, just follow any cosmetic lines routine 3 steps... cleanse night and day, follow with toner %26amp; moisturizer. If you have an even slightly oily skin be sure and use oil-free skincare products and you should always use oil-free make-up products.
I use Avon's face wash, it leaves your skin really smooth and there are products you can use while still wearing makeup. Even the lotion has benzoyl peroxide in it!
Proactiv.....and of course computer enhancing tools. You know her face doesn't really look that good.
First of all, it is probably impossible to get skin like that, since it's a model on a magazine. They probably airbrushed it, but it is possible to get clear skin. Ask your doctor or dermatologist what they know of that works. Tetracycline works well. Ask your doctor about that.

Blackhead remedy?

I have a bunch of them on either side of the base of my nose, %26amp; I really want to get rid of them. A friend suggested the Biore strips, and I think I will try them. However, before I do I want to know two things.

1) Do the strips work? Do they hurt?

2) Are there any other good remedys out there?

Thanks!!Blackhead remedy?
i like them a lot. you gotta know how to use them tho.

its good to use them right when you get out of a steamy shower. make sure you have washed and exfoliated your face in the shower. then get out and right away wet the strip and apply to your nose. leave on for about 10 mintues and then if its dry [like paper mache] peel it off slowly starting with both outside edges, peeling off towards the center of your nose. then wash your face afterwards.

i like them because you can look at them after you peel them off and see the blackheads on the strip. not all of them will come out but use them about 3 times a week and you will be blackhead free in a couple weeks! they really dont hurt that much, just do what i said and you'll be fine.

=D good luck!Blackhead remedy?
Believe it or not, but if you scrub your face with a little bit of salt each night before you go to bed then apply a facial moisturizer, your acne will start to clear up! The salt exfoliates the skin and starts to dry out the build up in your pores leaving you with soft, healthy skin in the end. Hope I helped! =)
They get some of the stuff out and it's only a temporary treatment. And they do hurt when you peel it off. I still don't know anything that really works out there.
Hai friends Do you have Pimples, Acne, Oily Skin, Dry skin and Scar on the Face, If your answer is YES then DON'T WORRY. they do not work! ive used them and its like peeling off a bandaid. dont buy them...trust me
Rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball works for me. Once or twice a day on the effected area.. it may dry your nose out, but a gentle non-oil based lotion will help with that.

Those strips never worked for me. They did kinda hurt peeling them off, too. I wouldn't recommend buying them.
I found an awesome website for skin problems. I had similar problems and they do an interactive live radio show that answered a lot of my questions. I think this might help you... at least as far as home remedies go!
This should help. Rub oatmeal paste on face, leave it to dry for 15 minutes before washing off with cold water. Check out http://useinfo-blackhead.blogspot.com/ for more useful tips to control blackheads.

  • Im having issues with a blackhead problem on my nose, is there a remedy to clean the pores and close them?

Ummm...if you close your pores you'll die. That's how you sweat and how your skin releases toxins. However, they do have blackhead face wash at any drugstore. Try that.Im having issues with a blackhead problem on my nose, is there a remedy to clean the pores and close them?
Yeah... wash your nose on both sides regularly twice or even three times a day with !SOAP! and water..and watch em vanish....Im having issues with a blackhead problem on my nose, is there a remedy to clean the pores and close them?
I've got blackhead problems on my chin and I found this great Mary Kay product. It's a 3-in-1 cleanser. It exfoliates the dead skin that causes blackheads and leaves you feeling clean without greasy residue or overdrying. I live by this stuff.

The link below goes right to the oily/combination skin one, but there's a dry skin one and even a soap bar that does the same thing.

    http://www.marykay.com/tswadley/skincare鈥?/a>
well what ever you do has to be done on a regular basis
yeah put some rubbing alcholl on them.. yes... it will dry out the skin but it will go away and leave your nose black head free!
There are ,any things to cure black heads. You should always try rubbing alcohol. The best thing to do is to get thing with natural sea salt. You should try Noxzema, a black head cleanser. Also, try Clearasil it has natural sea salt and exfoliating beads. But, you should always do it after you take a shower because it works better when your pores are open from taking a shower. If not after a shower, wash your skin a few times before putting it on. Good Luck! :)
I also have problems with blackheads. Try clearcomplex its made by purivol. I have been using this and I still have blackheads but they are going away.
I read that if you crush up asprin and then put a little bit of water in it, and then mix it to make a paste, then you put that on your black heads it unclogs the pores, then use face wash to clean off the asprin goo.
wrap your face in a damp hot towel rub in and wash with your favourite blackhead scrub, warm towel again to let the pores open then really cold water to close them its a bit of a shock from hot to icey cold but i've never had a problem with blackheads since
Cleanse your face with unboiled milk, gently rub a coarse cloth dipped in milk to remove the blackheads. Steam your face with herbs like lavender, lemon peel and mint leaves added to the water and let the skin soak up its goodness. What is the best blackhead remedy?

what is a great home remedy or product for blackheads!!!???

thnx in advance! :)What is the best blackhead remedy?
Honestly I've gone through a lot of face wash and i do have a couple of pimples that pop up sometimes. Some are blackheads. Out of all of the face wash I have ever used, the wash that clears up my face the most (including blackheads) is Biore pore unclogging scrub. I also tried their strips that are supposed to help clear you complexion but i didn't really think those worked very well.

Another pimple killer that I am in love with that with MY experience works the best is Burt's Bees Herbal Blemish stick! You can get this at a Walgreen's or Albert son's.

    Hope this helped!

-breeWhat is the best blackhead remedy?
You can try the Biore strips (although there are mixed reviews on those). Probably the best is to go to get a facial every now and again.
You an Buy Microbead Facewash. Or You Can Try The Tool. It Works Greatt!
GIRL- Clean and Clear Blackhead scrub WORKS WORKS WORKS It is a purple tube.

I wish I'd known this sooner when I had my pimple outbreaks.. I popped them one by one and it left horrible scars for life... if I had to do it over again, I would definitely use those biore nose stript stuff... it doesn't damage your skin....

good luckMy nose is covered in blackheads, and I have clear skin everywhere else...HELP I NEED A REMEDY! ?
Do not use all of those at once.

It dries out your skin and makes it flake.

    Be careful with the apricot scrub;

it rips open your pores and actually makes your

    problem worse.

So here's what I do: wash your face every night

with Johnson's Baby shampoo (yes, shampoo) and once

a week use the scrub selectively on your blackheads.

But with the baby shampoo only use an amount

that is about the size of a quarter.

Run it under some water and then gently

massage your face with the foam.

It makes your skin really soft and will hopefully

    help you with your problem.

    :]
i had the same problem, what i did was steam my face. in other words get a container of hot water then out ur face by it with a towel over ur head for like 10 min. the pore will open up then ether scrub ur face or pop them and since with warm water. then after u rinse with warm water rinse with cold water it closes them back up.
get the blackhead popper pin at sally's beauty supply and then scrub your nose with apricot scrub, and then moisturize.
Have you tried one of those sticky things that you put on your nose-wait-and the rip off? (just don't keep one on for too long or it'll rip ur skin off with it)!
have you ever tried a warming cleanser? i like biore anti black head warming cleanser try it and see if it works!

These pimples and blackheads have been irritating me fer quite sometime,is there any permanent remedy?

    Vanessa B

Let me tell you something not many people know,

When you try to wash the oil off your wash using soap or

any store brought product what happends is it sucks up alot of the natural oils

out of your skin, and what happends when that occurs? your

skin goes into over time trying to reblimish the lost oil

and doubles the amount, your pores open up more to get more of the oil out and air in so let me help you

Ah ok well my mother had the same problem as you,

and let me tell you what she did to make it stop,

this is a home treatment of course, the only thing

you may need to buy is a lemon if you dont already have some in the fridge,

what you want to do is get some lemon and squeez that

sucker into a tiny bit of honey, and mix that all together, put that

into the area where you want treated and wait 5-10 mins and than wash off,

the lemon works great as a toner and as we all know toners are

great for tighthing the skin and even better for your pores to look

smaller, the honey helps as an evener, it will even out the uneven

skin tone and also sooths the skin,This teachique not only destorys the pimples you already

have but it also helps prevent them from coming up again,Drinking alot of water

every day also helps alot :) Well I hope this helps %26lt;3 good luck

-- Love VanessaThese pimples and blackheads have been irritating me fer quite sometime,is there any permanent remedy?
yes.....always turn your head against the mirror........you'll never see them againThese pimples and blackheads have been irritating me fer quite sometime,is there any permanent remedy?
Not really. You can prevent a breakout if you keep ahead of the bacteria, but you can never be rid of them.

To to www.acne.org and read up on more helpful hints.
to get rid of the blackheads use an exfoliator (but avoid the pimples coz exfoliating on pimples actually flares it up).

A good recipie for a home made exfoliator wud be powdered oats with thick curd and a pinch of powdered neem leaves.

if ur skin feels oily apply fat free curd mixed with a little lemon to ur face.

use steam to open up the pores and use an appropriate cleansing agent.

there is no permanant solution for acne, but as you grow older it will clear up on its own.
    it basically depends on age

one can prevent them from arising is by keeping face clean of dust and excess oil
    there is only one privention.

Hi - I had terrible acne for more than ten years - started at age 12 and just never went away. I don't know how severe yours is, but ask a dermatologist about Accutane. This drug cleared my skin completely and the acne has not recurred. Don't know if you're male or female, but if you are female it can be an extremely risky drug. If you were to become pregnant while using it, birth defects would be highly likely and we're talking scary defects. You doctor should follow your progress EXTREMELY carefully. Regardless of gender, some people have become depressed and even suicidal while taking this drug. It did not have that effect on me - oddly enough it did the opposite. I was almost manically happy the entire 5 month period. That side effect, as well as the extremely dry, sensitive skin, hip pain, and headaches went away after about one month after stopping use of this drug. If you're interested, be sure to do your homework and good luck!
the best remidy so far is staying young and i mean under 12 years old. Seriously there is a drug called ROACUTAIN this is prescribed by a skin specialist the only downside is thet it dry's out your lips so bad you need at least 2 libellos a week but it works like a bomb
